Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website and using our furniture restoration services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

Services Description

Crow Dan & Amerida provides professional furniture restoration and refinishing services including but not limited to:

  • Chair refinishing and repair
  • Table restoration and refinishing
  • Cabinet refinishing and makeovers
  • Antique furniture restoration
  • Wood repair and damage restoration
  • Upholstery repair services

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Final pricing may vary based on:

  • Actual condition discovered during work
  • Additional repairs needed
  • Changes in project scope requested by client
  • Material cost fluctuations

Any significant changes to the original estimate will be discussed and approved by the client before proceeding.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

  • 50% deposit required to begin work
  • Remaining balance due upon completion
  • Payment accepted by cash, check, or major credit cards
  • Late payments may incur additional fees
  • Work will not be released until payment is received in full

Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates based on current workload and project complexity. While we strive to meet all estimated completion dates, factors such as weather, material availability, and unforeseen complications may affect timelines. Clients will be notified promptly of any delays.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about furniture condition and history
  • Removing personal items from furniture before service
  • Arranging transportation or accepting delivery charges
  • Providing a safe, accessible work environment when applicable
  • Timely communication regarding project changes or concerns

Quality Standards

We maintain high standards of craftsmanship and use quality materials in all restoration work. Our goal is complete client satisfaction with every project. Any concerns about workmanship should be reported within 30 days of project completion.

Limitations of Liability

While we take every precaution to protect client property, furniture restoration carries inherent risks. Our liability is limited to:

  • The agreed-upon project cost
  • Direct damages only, not consequential or incidental damages
  • Workmanship issues reported within the specified timeframe

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage not disclosed during the initial assessment or for furniture pieces with structural issues that cannot be safely restored.

Cancellation Policy

Project cancellations are subject to the following terms:

  • Cancellation before work begins: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
  • Cancellation after work has started: Charges for completed work plus materials
  • Client responsible for pickup of furniture regardless of project status

Storage Policy

Completed furniture not picked up within 30 days of notification will be subject to storage fees. After 90 days, furniture may be considered abandoned and disposed of at our discretion. Storage fees are $25 per week per piece.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Crow Dan & Amerida and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Indiana, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Indiana.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
